10 years ago today
I lost my self
lost my mind
lost the very blood that courses through my veins
in a massive hemmorhage of sudden abandonment
left in complete shock

weak.
confused.
room spinning.

all of the manifestations of consternation
except the pressure was high
and i was flushed with fury
and red with resentment
because i couldn't grasp on to my new reality

cold.
numb.
unable to comprehend.

inhospitable.
